Product intruction:

The newly developed feeder, the feeder body and screw have the functions of fast disassembly, assembly, cleaning, and at the same time increase the rotating discharge function, which solves the common problem of the tail leakage of the feeder; various forms of metering and feeding structure and The system, single screw, twin screw, hollow spring screw, intermeshing and non-intermeshing screw, etc., can cover all kinds of material conditions.

Working principle:
The motor drives the screw and the mixing paddle through the multi-stage reduction transmission in the reduction box to make them rotate. When the screw rotates, the materials in the hopper are delivered in an orderly manner and added to the feeding port of other equipment to achieve the purpose of feeding; and the mixing paddle The main purpose of the rotation is to prevent the phenomenon of material bridging, and can fully provide the screw for continuous feeding.

Precautions:
1. Do not load more than the rated feeding amount, so as not to affect the service life of the feeder.
2. Clean up regularly to keep the equipment clean.
3. Maintain the oil level in the gear box to ensure the lubrication of the gears and bearings in the box.
